Delivery & Returns
Our products are mainly shipped from EU countries but we have suppliers from all over the world. For each product, you must choose the closest location so that the product arrives as quickly as possible.
Typically, delivery of products from Portugal takes 24 hours and from other EU countries takes 7 working days (when indicated) but it depends on the location of the product’s warehouse.
How is the refund made?
Refunds are always made through the same payment method as the purchase. In the case of a return, the refund will be made after validating compliance with the return conditions described below.
Any item can be returned in 7 days from the date of delivery provided that:

[wp-svg-icons icon=”checkmark” wrap=”i”] It has the original packaging and that it is accompanied by all the accessories that make it up;

After we start the process, we will provide the address where you must ship the item.
Once we receive your item under the conditions referred to above, a refund is initiated immediately to the account that you used to make the payment.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer, according to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February.
The refund will be equal to the amount the customer paid at the time of ordering (article + postage), according to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Cancellations / Modifications
If you wish to cancel or update your order, please contact us through the chat on our pages or through our contacts page to see if it is still possible to make the change.
Note: We process our orders within 24 hours. After submission, it will not be possible to make changes.
If the product does not arrive because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be held responsible and cannot offer a full refund of your order amount. You are responsible for providing correct and clear shipping and billing information when placing an order.
In these situations, we may resend the item back, but only if you cover the shipping costs.
That’s because we value the labor time, shipping charges, and other resources we invest in shipping the first item to you.
